SATURDAYS (June 26th, July 17th & 31st, August14th& 28th) - Hands-On Woodcarving - 1pm to 3pm; Learn basic woodcarving techniques with Spirit Williams, a well known sculptor and long time resident of Hocking Hills. The class is two hours long and the blank and knife are provided. The project is an intaglio carving of a fern. The techniques learned can be used to create block prints. Fee: $25; knife and blank provided. Groups can schedule special sessions to learn relief carving or figurine carving. THURSDAY - June 24th - Hands-on Stained Glass Workshop - 10am to 12pm; Learn basic copper foil stained glass techniques with Audrey Martin. Classes are two hours long and all supplies are provided. At the end of the class you will walk away with your completed project and the knowledge to dive into more sophisticated glass projects. Fee: $25; All supplies are provided.
